An Established Bank is looking for an experienced paralegal to join its corporate legal team in the Tampa Bay area. This role will require prior experience with corporate governance legal work, as well as managing multiple entities and subsidiary matters. The bank offers a very competitive salary, as well as hybrid flexibility and the chance to work closely with senior leadership on high-impact initiatives as part of a collaborative team.

• Coordinate logistics and materials for Board and Committee meetings, including uploading documents to governance portals
• Draft materials for annual shareholder meetings and subsidiary board sessions
• Manage the preparation, review, and tracking of legal documents and corporate records
• Provide documentation and evidence for regulatory audits and internal reviews
• Prepare board minutes and assist with transactional agreements

• 6+ years of corporate governance experience as a paralegal or paralegal adjacent position
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly
• Experience with governance platforms such as Board Vantage is a plus
• Solid understanding of legal practices and corporate governance principles
