Intellectual Property Paralegal

We are seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Paralegal to join our Tampa office. This position is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional who enjoys managing complex IP portfolios and supporting attorneys in a fast‑paced practice.

• 3+ years of experience as an IP Paralegal
• Experience with U.S. trademark prosecution and maintenance required
• Familiarity with patent prosecution support preferred
• Strong knowledge of USPTO filings and procedures
• Experience managing domestic and international filings is a plus
• Exceptional attention to detail and deadline management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Prepare and file trademark applications, office action responses, and maintenance documents
• Assist with patent prosecution filings and related correspondence
• Manage IP docketing and monitor critical deadlines
• Conduct trademark clearance searches
• Maintain and organize IP portfolios
• Coordinate with clients, foreign associates, and the USPTO
• Prepare assignments, renewals, and other recordation documents
• Support attorneys with research and reporting related to IP matters
