Real Estate Paralegal

A boutique real estate law practice is seeking an experienced Transactional Real Estate Paralegal to join its team. This is an opportunity for a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast-paced, sophisticated practice and enjoys taking full ownership of complex matters from start to finish.

The firm represents sophisticated clients in a wide range of real estate and business transactions, including the acquisition, disposition, development, financing, and leasing of commercial property.

You’ll work closely with 2–3 attorneys who handle high-level strategy and client interface, while relying on you to manage the operational and transactional backbone of deals.

• Handle commercial real estate transactions, managing deals from initial term sheet through closing
• Prepare and organize closing checklists, critical date calendars, and transaction timelines
• Draft and revise transactional documents
• Liaise with clients, lenders, title companies, and opposing counsel
• Maintain organized, accurate, and complete deal files throughout the transaction lifecycle

• 5–10 years of experience in transactional real estate, commercial real estate, or related corporate/transactional work
• Demonstrated ability to run a deal independently with minimal oversight
• Excellent drafting, organizational, and project-management skills
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the confidence to “jump right in”
• Ability to work collaboratively with a small team of attorneys while owning your workflow
