This is a full-time, on-site position for a Senior Associate Attorney based in Tampa, FL. The Senior Associate Attorney will manage and lead cases in the labor and employment practice area. Responsibilities include case analysis, legal research, drafting legal documents, conducting depositions, and representing clients in court proceedings. The role also involves collaborating with clients, developing strategies, and providing labor and employment law advice to achieve the best outcomes.

The ideal candidate will independently handle tasks while supporting team objectives and maintaining professional discretion.

• Proficiency in case analysis, legal research, and drafting legal documents such as briefs, motions, and pleadings
• Strong litigation skills, including conducting depositions, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in hearings
• Sibnificant experience in labor and employment law defense work
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school and an active license to practice law in Florida
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in litigation and trial preparation
