Associate Attorney

We are currently seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our team. We are looking for a dedicated Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience in property and/or litigation to join our growing practice.

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, excellent writing skills, and the confidence to excel in both written and oral advocacy. We encourage you to apply if you are passionate about the law, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in property and litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research, analysis, and document preparation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Prepare for and attend court hearings, trials, and mediations.
• Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff on case management.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records.
• Stay current with relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Florida Bar and be in good standing.
• 3-5 years of property and/or litigation experience preferred.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
• Comfortable with public speaking and courtroom appearances.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Team player with a strong work ethic.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
