Associate Attorney

The Tampa office of Kubicki Draper is currently seeking an Associate with 2+ years of insurance defense experience. Experience working on third‑party bodily injury claims, handling extensive personal injury claims, including automobile claims, traumatic brain injuries, significant injuries to property or business and wrongful death claims preferred.

• Strong legal research and excellent writing skills, as well as possess strong/persuasive oral advocacy

• Licensed member of the Florida Bar and in good standing

• Must be proficient in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint & Excel
• Draft and review substantive pleadings and motions, respond to discoveries, and drive motions
• Communicate in a highly effective manner with colleagues and clients
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
