We’re seeking an experienced Business Transactions Paralegal to join a dynamic practice in Tampa, FL (hybrid schedule after 90 days).
What You’ll Bring :- 4+ years of experience in:
- Commercial contracts
- Online research
- Regulatory compliance
- Mergers & acquisitions
- Business formation
- Corporate governance
- Support 20+ attorneys within the practice group
- Assist other practice groups as needed
- Manage time-sensitive deadlines in a fast-paced environment
