Associate Attorney - Tampa

Position Overview

We are the largest Workers' Compensation Defense firm in the Southeast and we’re looking for a talented attorney to join our Tampa office. We mentor bright, hard‑working associates, provide active client contact, and promote from within. The average path to partnership is five years.

Salary:
Commensurate with experience, ranging from $85,000 to $130,000 per year. Bonuses earned monthly. 401(k) matching and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Work closely with partners and senior associates to manage a growing caseload.
• Mentor and develop client relationships while anticipating every case’s needs.
• Master the litigation process and assist partners with client development.

• Graduated from an accredited law school.
• Active member of the Bar or have recently taken the Bar Exam.
• 0–5 years of experience (preferred).
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
