Salary: $140,000 - $200,000 per year

Construction Litigation Associate
Experience Level: 4+ years

Location:

Tampa office (full‑time, in‑office)
Practice Area:
Construction litigation
License:
Active Florida law license required

• Manage construction litigation matters from initial case assessment through final resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, memos, and discovery
• Conduct and defend depositions
• Participate in hearings, mediations, and other litigation proceedings
• Communicate effectively with clients, courts, experts, and opposing counsel
• Organize and prioritize multiple matters to manage a dynamic caseload

• 4+ years of construction litigation experience
• Excellent writing, advocacy, and analytical skills
• Strong academic credentials
