- JD from a top‑tier law school with an excellent academic record
- 4–5 years of substantive construction litigation experience
, with a focus on personal injury matters - Demonstrated experience drafting pleadings
, motions
, and legal memoranda - Experience handling discovery processes and depositions
- Excellent legal writing and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a client‑service mindset
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Represent clients in construction litigation matters
, including contract disputes, defect claims, and delay‑related litigation - Draft sophisticated litigation‑related documents with precision and strategic insight
- Manage discovery
, including document review
, depositions
, and expert witness coordination - Conduct legal research and case analysis to develop effective litigation strategies
- Work closely with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy and trial preparation
