We are seeking a motivated Civil Litigation Attorney to join our Tampa office. This role is ideal for a developing litigator who wants hands‑on experience, meaningful responsibility, and the opportunity to build real trial skills.

What You Will Do

• Manage civil litigation matters from initial filing through trial
• Develop and execute case strategies in collaboration with senior attorneys
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Take and defend depositions
• Attend and argue hearings
• Participate in mediations and trial preparation
• Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members
• Maintain organized case management and meet litigation deadlines

What We Are Looking For

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar
• 2–5 years of civil litigation experience
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to independently manage multiple cases and deadlines
• Courtroom experience preferred
• Background in tort or personal injury defense or plaintiff litigation preferred
• Strong communication and client management skills
