Civil Litigation Attorney

Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 (commensurate with experience)

This role focuses on handling a caseload consisting of complex litigation cases such as; auto accident, premises, slip and fall, primarily representing large retailers. Attorneys must be willing and prepared to take cases to trial when necessary and are expected to work each case thoroughly and strategically.

• 2+ years of Insurance Defense experience
• Trial readiness and willingness to handle trials
• Licensed FL Attorney, in good standing
• Comfortable managing a 30-case caseload
