The Cantrell Schuette Commercial Litigation Practice Group is seeking to hire a senior associate or partner level attorney for its Tampa office. The practice includes significant work relating to nationwide franchisee-franchisor disputes, partnership/shareholder disputes, restrictive covenants and trade secrets, and general high-stakes commercial litigation.
With the Firm's mission of fighting for fairness and addressing unlawful conduct, the work is plaintiff leaning. Our clients range from Fortune 500 and small business owners to high-level executives and professionals. We also regularly provide advice and counsel in the context of dispute resolution.
Most of our attorneys previously worked in large national or international law firms and choose to work here because we are mission driven. Our compensation model is extremely competitive.
Requirements
- 7 + years' experience in civil litigation, ideally in business litigation or employment law
- Experience with evidentiary hearings or trials
- Very strong academic credentials.
