Part Time Valet Trash Collector

MUST HAVE DRIVERS LICENSE & PICK UP TRUCK

Ideal profile: hardworking individual with a high attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a good attitude. Former military service members preferred for a 5‑year contract. Must own a clean late‑model pickup truck. No vans or SUVs. Must speak English. Comfortable with smartphones and apps.

• Collect bagged trash from each building door and transport to the onsite trash compactor.
• Work part‑time schedule:
  Sunday – Thursday, 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
• Be prepared to work 5 days per week, regardless of weather conditions.
• Maintain punctuality – arrive on property at 7:55 PM sharp.
• Operate a clean late‑model pickup truck.
• Communicate daily with Valet Field District Manager.
• Stay in good physical condition; climb steps to retrieve trash from apartment doors.
• Ensure trash is removed quietly to respect residents preparing for bed.

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Own a pickup truck in good working condition.
• Speak English.
• Comfortable with smartphones and apps.
• Willing to work part‑time schedule between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM Sunday to Thursday.
• Availability for a 5‑year contract is preferred, especially for former military service members.
• Federal Tax r preferred; LLC’s and Inc’s welcome.
