• 1–3 years of experience in carrier sales, freight brokerage, or logistics.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills—you know how to close and how to build trust.
• A confident communicator with the resilience to thrive in a competitive, high-pressure setting.
• Proactive, problem‑solving mindset with a drive for results.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with TMS platforms, Microsoft Office, and logistics technologies.

Base salary Starting at $50,000 plus commissions
