Procurement Specialist - EPC​/EPCM Project Delivery

As our new Procurement Specialist, you will support industrial engineering, Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC), and EPCM projects as part of the Project Resources Team. This position may be considered a hybrid role with occasional project travel, supporting project managers, engineers, construction managers, and other project team members.

• Developing and managing Requests for Proposal (RFP), Requests for Bid (RFB), and Requests for Quote (RFQ).
• Participating in supplier and subcontractor market engagement and pre‑qualification activities.
• Coordinating procurement packages and procurement‑related project activities.
• Analyzing and evaluating bids and proposals.
• Preparing bid tabulations and recommendation‑for‑award documentation.
• Supporting commercial negotiations and contract award processes.
• Maintaining procurement documentation, logs, and status reporting.
• Supporting Procurement Execution Strategies (PES) and Procurement Plans.
• Facilitating obligations of contracts with subcontractors and vendors.
• Tracking material shipments and coordinating with onsite representatives for deliveries.
• Creating submittal logs and tracking receipt and review of submittals.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in procurement for EPC, EPCM, industrial, manufacturing, energy, or infrastructure projects.
• Experience preparing and administering competitive bid packages.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Strong communication, organisational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary project environments.

• Experience with Scan market, Supplhi, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of procurement planning, supplier qualification, bid evaluation, and contract administration.
• Experience supporting large capital projects and construction procurement activities.

• Procurement packages are delivered on schedule and aligned with project objectives.
• Qualified suppliers and contractors are effectively engaged and evaluated.
• Procurement recommendations are clear, commercially sound, and defensible.
• Strong collaboration exists between engineering, procurement, construction, and project controls teams.
• Procurement activities contribute to successful project delivery in terms of cost, schedule, quality, and execution certainty.

At Ramboll, the anticipated base salary range for this position is $82,029 to $102,536 per year. Actual compensation will vary based on location, skills, experience, education, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for bonus, overtime or other forms of compensation.
