Respond to customer inquiries, create price quotes, process orders, and handle returns across multiple communication channels;
Partner with customers and account managers to recommend products and solutions, and source parts from inventory and suppliers;
Support margin improvement and adopt efficiency-enhancing processes;
Gain product and system knowledge to assist customers and coordinate supplier engineering support;
