About the Role

As a Dispatcher, you play a key role in our operation by coordinating catering deliveries and ensuring flights receive the products and services they need on time. You will serve as a communication hub between drivers, kitchen teams, operations staff, and airline partners, helping maintain smooth day-to-day operations while quickly responding to changing priorities.

Main Accountabilities

• Coordinate and schedule catering deliveries to support airline operations.
• Communicate delivery assignments and updates to drivers throughout the shift.
• Monitor delivery progress and address delays or service issues as they arise.
• Partner with kitchen and operations teams to ensure orders are prepared and ready for departure.
• Maintain clear communication with airline customers and internal teams to provide timely updates.
• Use dispatch and scheduling systems to track deliveries, manage resources, and support efficient operations.
• Maintain accurate records of schedules, deliveries, and operational communications.
• Support continuous improvement efforts that enhance service, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Follow all company, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  
  Assist with additional operational responsibilities as needed.
