Training pay $18 hourly

• Your responsibilities include: Building relationships with internal and external customers to create “Customers for Life” by delivering excellent service.
• Managing Your Service Route: Responsible for daily operations of your Universal Service Route, using strong time management to complete tasks. Activities may include:
• Perform residential pest control, mosquito services, and termite inspections.
• Monitor termite bait systems to ensure proper function.
• Problem-solve customer accounts to address current and future needs.
• Provide consistent communication with customers to keep them informed and satisfied.
• Collaborate with internal teams (customer service, sales, fellow service professionals) to ensure an outstanding experience.
• Apply pest control products in accordance with label standards and safety guidelines.

What you need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• No Experience Required!
• Must be 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route‑based assignments

The role requires certain physical tasks and a variety of work environments. Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the duties with or without accommodations:

• Safely use a ladder within manufacturer’s weight capacity
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
