Cool Today is currently hiring an experienced Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Technician to join our team in Tampa, FL.

Our IAQ Technicians are responsible for performing safe, effective, and efficient residential cleaning and indoor air quality activities.

• $18-$20/hr plus performance bonus

• Perform indoor air quality inspections and data collection.
• Conduct mold investigations and determine mold risk.
• Engage with clients to understand their HVAC needs.
• Prepare detailed reports and recommendations.
• Follow all safety procedures and company protocols.

• Must have IAQ or HVAC experience (at least 1 year).
• Mechanically inclined and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and follow directions.
• Must pass a background check, license check and drug screen.
