We’re looking for a proactive and skilled Terminal Operator to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our terminal operations, ensuring that products are handled, loaded, and shipped efficiently while maintaining the highest safety standards.

• Drive operational efficiency:
  Manage and optimize the daily operations of our terminal.
• Master material flow:
  Oversee the safe and efficient loading and unloading of bulk materials, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Maintain machinery:
  Perform routine inspections and maintenance on terminal equipment.
• Champion safety:
  Uphold Cemex’s rigorous safety standards, including PPE use and OSHA compliance.
• Deliver outstanding service:
  Act as a key point of contact for customers, resolving inquiries professionally.
• Collaborate for success:
  Work closely with our logistics team to optimize schedules and resources.
• Mentor new team members:
  Assist in training and share expertise with newcomers.

• High school diploma or GED required; certifications in welding, electrical work, or maintenance are a plus.
• Experience in terminal operations or a similar industrial setting preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of safety regulations.
• Positive, solution‑oriented attitude; ability to work well with customers and colleagues.
• Capability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and manage physically demanding tasks.

• Protective equipment and adherence to safety protocols required.
• Diverse environments including outdoor industrial operations.

• Frequent lifting up to 50 pounds, pushing, pulling, and operating equipment.
