• Assists in the operation and general maintenance of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, locksmith, and alarm systems.
• Properly stores, cleans, and disposes of all supplies and equipment used per departmental policies and procedures.
• Applies protective and decorative coats of paint, varnish, lacquer, and related materials to interior and exterior surfaces of buildings, furniture, equipment, and other property.
• Maintains existing paint surfaces by matching and tinting appropriate paint products.
• Keeps current on maintenance logs and documentation. Other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's, High School Grad or Equiv (Required) Driver's License (DL) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

Pay Range: $19.22 - $35.75
