Location:
Tampa, FL
- Maintain buildings and breezeways free of trash and cobwebs.
- Sweep and blow debris.
- Replace light bulbs in common areas.
- Walk the property monthly and pressure wash buildings.
- Prepare market‑ready units.
- Clean all common areas, model units and amenities.
- Maintain compactor area free from debris.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and dedication.
