Looking for a hands‑on role where no two days are the same? Inicio is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support our maintenance team across our Tampa properties. This is a great entry point for anyone eager to build practical skills in property maintenance and grow within a supportive team.
What You’ll Do- Assist with work orders & general repairs
- Help prepare units for new residents
- Support preventive maintenance tasks
- Assist with property inspections
- Help maintain common areas & grounds
- Assist with supply & inventory management
- Willingness to learn & get hands‑on
- Organized & reliable
- Proactive attitude
- Good communication skills
- Basic handyman or repair skills a plus
- Any maintenance certifications a plus (can boost pay)
- No HVAC certification required — we’ll help you grow
