The Deputy Executive Director will act as a key operational partner, providing strategic leadership and driving overall organizational effectiveness and performance. • Support and serve as backup to the Executive Director while overseeing staff, managers, and operational functions.
• Build strong relationships with managers, clinical partners, hospitals, and internal teams.
• Participate in on‑call leadership rotation with 24/7 availability when assigned.

• Strong leadership, communication, and staff‑management abilities within a medical or high‑acuity environment.
• Knowledge of OPO operations, clinical settings, or ICU/OR workflows.
• Experience with regulatory, data, and compliance requirements relevant to OPO operations.
• Ability to excel in high‑stress situations requiring sound judgment and extended or unpredictable hours.
• Collaborative and professional interpersonal style with the ability to work effectively across departments.

• Salary: $149,000 annually, depending on experience.
