We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Commercial Roofing Director to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in commercial roofing, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all commercial roofing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Lead and manage a team of roofing professionals, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our commercial roofing services and client base.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor industry trends and innovations to keep our services competitive and cutting-edge.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial roofing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
