What You’ll Do
- Lead all accounting operations, close, and financial reporting
- Own technical accounting matters, including complex transactions and M&A
- Manage acquisition accounting and post-acquisition integration
- Lead and coordinate Big 4 (or top-tier) audits
- Build and scale processes, controls, and the accounting team in a PE environment
- Partner with FP&A, legal, and deal teams on growth initiatives
- Proven M&A and acquisition integration experience
- Deep technical accounting expertise (US GAAP)
- Experience managing large, complex Big 4 audits
- Background in large corporate environments and PE-backed companies
- Track record of scaling accounting functions in high-growth settings
- Big 4 public accounting experience
- CPA strongly preferred
This is a high-impact leadership role with significant visibility and opportunity to shape a growing platform. Salary is $175-250k DOE, plus bonus and equity
