We are looking for a true right hand operator to the CEO. This is not a corporate babysitting role. This is an ownership mindset role.

You will run day to day operations while the CEO focuses on growth, sales expansion, and strategic partnerships.

• Own operations across roofing, exteriors, and storm restoration
• Build and manage production teams, project managers, and vendors
• Create systems for scale, speed, and quality control
• Oversee job costing, margins, and profitability
• Drive accountability across sales and production
• Ensure insurance jobs move fast and close clean
