The Impact you will have in this role:

As a key member of the People Development team, the Leadership Development Associate Director leads the strategic design, delivery, and continuous enhancement of enterprise‑wide leadership development initiatives that build leadership capability at every level. This role shapes and facilitates solutions that develop a strong, diverse pipeline of future leaders equipped with the skills and perspective needed to excel today and drive DTCC’s competitive advantage into the future.

The ideal candidate is a dynamic, future‑focused leader with deep expertise in adult learning, leadership development, and facilitation. They bring a strategic approach, strong consulting skills, and a passion for accelerating leader growth across a complex and evolving organization.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Advance People Development’s strategic priorities by leading a portfolio of Center of Excellence (COE) initiatives focused on leadership development and enterprise capability building.
  • Lead the design, delivery, and continuous enhancement of enterprise‑wide leadership development initiatives, ensuring programs align with organizational strategy and the evolving needs of participants.
  • Strengthen leadership pipelines by developing and managing mentoring, coaching, and targeted development experiences that accelerate readiness for critical roles.
  • Serve as a leadership development expert, identifying and integrating innovative trends, frameworks, and methodologies that elevate leadership effectiveness.
  • Use data, assessments, and evaluation tools to measure program outcomes, translate insights into improvements, and demonstrate impact on organizational capability.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to business and HR leaders, shaping leadership development priorities, informing solution design, and driving adoption of DTCC’s leadership model.
  • Design and scale enterprise processes and programs that advance leadership development and talent management across the organization.
  • Build strong, consultative relationships with business stakeholders to ensure leadership solutions are relevant, targeted, and aligned with business goals.
  • Coach and counsel people leaders to enhance their capabilities in developing talent, providing feedback, and managing performance.
  • Provide organizational development consulting with a focus on future skills, workforce capability needs, and long‑term talent strategies.
  • Conduct research and benchmarking to inform continuous improvement and ensure DTCC remains a leader in developing world‑class talent.
