Corporate Controller

GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR A STRONG SENIOR MANAGER LOOKING FOR A TRANSITION FROM PUBLIC ACCOUNTING.

• Oversee financial operations and corporate accounting deliverables
• Direct month end close cycle
• Lead preparation and review of internal and external financial reporting
• Oversee consolidation activities
• Provide oversight of manufacturing accounting, including costing and inventory valuation
• Support process redesign initiatives
• Identify and execute improvements in reporting
• Mentor and develop an exceptional team (~10)
• Support technical accounting rigor
• Embrace cross functional collaboration
• Support evaluation and implementation of financial systems

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required. MBA a plus. CPA a must.
• Public accounting experience required (strong preference for Big
  4) – open to straight public or a mix of public accounting & industry
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong technical accounting foundation
• Public company exposure (SEC & SOX)
