• Oversee corporate accounting, month‑end close, and topside entries.
• Manage consolidations across multiple business units and support implementation of new tools.
• Lead SEC and internal reporting.
• Drive process improvements, system enhancements, and workflow efficiency.
• Mentor and develop team members.

• Extensive public accounting experience at the Senior Manager level or above
• Ten or more years of total experience
• Public company exposure and strong technical accounting skills
• Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and delegation capabilities
• A continuous improvement mindset with strong attention to detail
