EōS Fitness is in search of an innovative and experienced Regional Risk and Asset Protection Manager to join our corporate team.

This role will be responsible for ensuring all loss prevention, risk mitigation, safety, and compliance initiatives are consistently achieved in alignment with the company's financial and overall objectives. This position also assists in resolving all violations, including criminal activities against the gyms, its members and team members.

We're looking for someone with genuine customer service skills, embraces change, a passion for assisting team members and customers, resolving complex issues, thrives in a face‑paced environment, is performance‑driven and can constantly think on their feet—all while embracing our culture. This position will be part of the loss prevention department but will be a company‑wide resource.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the fitness industry with multi‑unit management and professional proactive investigatory practices that drive strong relationships and results simultaneously. Experience in utilizing surveillance technology effectively and a background in interview techniques as well as possessing excellent written & verbal communication skills is imperative.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Help identify the risks throughout the organization, developing and implementing key safety & loss control initiatives designed to reduce the Company's overall severity and frequency to loss.
  • Interact professionally and effectively through verbal and written communication with all professional contacts with emphasis on company interests.
  • Deal directly with federal, state, and local regulatory bodies as it relates to loss prevention, safety, and risk management issues.
  • Promptly handle full cycle‑investigations in‑person and remotely and partner with appropriate departments as necessary
  • Provides strategic leadership for crisis preparedness and critical incident response.
  • Maintain ongoing Loss prevention awareness programs in the field and act as a liaison between multiple management levels.
  • Analyze causes of accidents and/or injuries to develop solutions to minimize or prevent recurrence.
  • Provide support in developing short‑and long‑range strategic risk management initiatives that will reduce the total cost of risk to protect the assets of the company and ensure company wide compliance with changing standards of safety regulations.
  • Provide leadership and be a change‑agent in the structure and responsibilities of safety so that it provides appropriate services to individual business units and company.
  • Help lead the development and execution of crisis management initiatives to ensure a more favorable outcome when a crisis event occurs (example: Crisis communication plan, emergency response guide, AED program.)
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in loss prevention/risk management/Inventory control/safety practices, preferably in a fitness type or similar environment.
  • Provide leadership and be a change‑agent in the structure and responsibilities of safety and risk mitigation so that it provides appropriate services to individual team members and the overall company.
  • Be highly organized and efficient, work independently throughout and across multiple cities/states.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing, for interacting with employees, management, and vendors, i.e., calm, professional, and empathetic to all levels of management, employees, customers, and vendors.
  • Excellent relationship building and influencing skills with people at all levels and in all functions.
