Portfolio Licensed Community Association Manager

Avid Property Management is a full service community association management company serving the Tampa Bay Area. Our licensed professionals specialize in the Association management of Townhomes, Condominiums, Single Family Homes and commercial condominiums in Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco Counties. Avid Property Management is a smaller local company that prides itself on excellent customer service. Our goal is to make our company both a place where employees enjoy working and customers enjoy working with.

Job Duties:

Our Portfolio Community Association Managers, following the guidance of the Florida Statues, work directly with each associations board of directors overseeing all operational aspects of the community. Managers will also act as a liaison between homeowners, the board of directors, and Avid Property Management; therefore, strong communication and customer service skills are essential,

Job Requirements
  • Each applicant must hold a valid current LCAM license
  • Portfolios are located in Tampa Bay area
  • Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Must be able to read, understand, and explain spreadsheets, budgets, and other financial statements.
  • Must have strong leadership skills.
  • Must have strong organizational skills and be able to multi task.
  • Must be available outside of business hours for board meetings and other emergencies.
  • Must have a strong communication and customer services skills.
Educational Requirements
  • Must be a high school graduate or equivalent
  • Must have Florida Community Association Manager License
