The Construction Project Manager leads multi-site, multi-state clinic healthcare construction projects for a dedicated national client across the U.S. This role is responsible for full project lifecycle delivery from early site identification through grand opening ensuring projects meet quality, safety, budget, and schedule objectives.

Travel:
Up to 50% regional travel (primarily Southeast U.S.)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Serve as primary point of contact for the client, design teams, and construction partners across multiple concurrent projects

* Lead cross-functional teams through all phases of delivery while maintaining strong stakeholder alignment

* Drive accountability across internal teams, consultants, and subcontractors

* Lead budgeting, scheduling, constructability reviews, and risk analysis

* Coordinate design development, value engineering initiatives, and early procurement strategies

* Support contract negotiations, scope definition, and subcontractor prequalification

* Develop and manage master project schedules using Primavera, MS Project, or similar tools

* Track progress against key milestones and proactively mitigate risks

* Coordinate critical path activities to maintain schedule commitments

* Manage owner and subcontractor agreements, change management, and cost controls

* Ensure adherence to company safety standards, OSHA requirements, and local regulations

* Oversee QA/QC implementation and perform periodic site inspections

* Promote a proactive safety culture across all project teams

* Lead project closeout including punch list, commissioning, and turnover documentation

* Ensure timely submission of O&M manuals, warranties, and as-built drawings

Qualifications:

* Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

* 6+ years of healthcare or medical clinic construction experience

* Experience delivering multi-site or program-based commercial healthcare projects with a General Contractor or Program/Owners Rep environment

* Strong knowledge of construction means & methods, cost control, scheduling, and safety

* Proficiency with construction technology (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, Primavera or similar)

* OSHA 30 (or ability to obtain)

* PMP certification, preferred

* CQMC or similar quality certification, preferred
