Project Manager - CWE Missions

CWE Missions is seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager with strong hands‑on, field‑based construction experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments, enjoys leading volunteer teams, and desires to use their skills to make a global impact for the Gospel.

The Project Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of construction projects—planning, estimating, developing material lists, and managing on‑site execution. Each year, this role leads two international and two domestic building projects. Every project is completed on an accelerated three‑to four‑week timeline
, supported by three to four one‑week volunteer mission teams

• Lead planning, estimating, and material procurement for all assigned projects
• Manage on‑site construction activities domestically and internationally
• Oversee volunteer mission teams and ensure safe, efficient project execution
• Coordinate timelines, logistics, and project milestones
• Maintain strong communication with internal teams, partners, and local contacts
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within scope

• Hands‑on construction or field project management experience
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects on tight timelines
