Your Role:

You're the dedicated leader who guides your crew in completing quality work, skillfully managing all aspects of the job from start to finish, WHILE WORKING ALONGSIDE YOUR TEAM. Prioritizing quality, efficiency, and timeliness, you communicate with your team and lead them through every phase of the project. You closely read plans and guide your crew's work to align with the specifications, promptly taking care of any problems that arise.

Attentive to detail, you manage vital administrative tasks and maintain accurate job records. You leverage your skills to successfully lead your team and make a significant impact on our success!

• Mastery of polished concrete skills with proven leadership experience
• Expertise in working in the field, leading and inspiring a team to achieve outstanding results
• Valid driver's license
