Accounts Receivable; AR Manager

A rapidly growing organization in the insurance space is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager for a newly created role. This position will report directly to leadership and will play a critical part in shaping the future structure, systems, and strategy of the AR function.

This acquisitive company operates nationally and internationally, and is growing and expanding. The AR Manager will have a major voice in defining processes, technology needs, and team build‑out.

• Insurance industry experience required
• Experience building AR teams or departments from the ground up
• Must have prior management experience and the ability to hire, train, and structure a growing team
• Ability to develop AR processes that support a high‑volume, multi‑location business
• Able to assess current systems and recommend improvements; the company is open to change and expects this leader to guide technology decisions
