Royal Aire Mechanical Services has immediate opening for an experienced and motivated Project Manager in the Greater Tampa Bay area!

Royal Aire Mechanical Services, LLC. excels in commercial, institutional, industrial, mechanical, and plumbing applications. We provide full-service design/build, design-assist, schematic budgeting and logistics planning. We have the ability to service the systems we install with our service division. We service all types of systems from chilled water to refrigeration systems through service contracts, preventative maintenance agreements, and on-call service repairs.

We also provide indoor air quality testing and duct cleaning services.

What you will be doing:
  • Work directly under Senior Project Manager
  • Project planning, scheduling and coordination
  • Safety and quality control management
  • Accurate forecasting and management of budgets
  • Change order management
  • Managing critical subcontractors
  • Submittal and RFI Management
  • Equipment Procurement
  • Resolution of problems involving labor disputes, material delivery and contract administration
  • Interface with other departments (Design, Purchasing, Fabrication) to maintain clear communication and ensure proper flow of information and correspondence
What you need for this position:
  • 1-3 years of construction experience on commercial sites
  • College graduate
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products, and in the use of scheduling and construction software, i.e., MS Project, Plan Grid, Bluebeam, etc.
