Manages and coordinates all branch operations for pest control and the Taexx® system, including sales, marketing, installation, and service by performing the following duties.

As a Home Team Branch Manager Trainee, you can expect to:

• Assist in the management of all branch operations in line with budgeted financial performance.
• Direct the activity of the sales department to achieve assigned goals; work in the field with sales staff to evaluate and improve their sales skills.
• Direct the activity of the service department to achieve assigned goals; work in the field with service staff to evaluate and improve their service skills.
• Direct the activity of the administrative department in maintaining accurate customer records, processing customer service requests, and preparing various management reports.
• Conduct department meetings and perform staff functions as necessary; assist with recruiting, selecting, and training all staff roles.
• Review customer concerns, research issues, and provide solutions to ensure customer expectations are met.
• Manage all aspects of the home builder relationship at the local operational level and coordinate with corporate staff all efforts aimed at capitalizing on business with national/multi‑market home builders.
• Analyze operational and financial projections and recommend strategies for achieving the goals set out in those projections.
• Develop and execute an effective sales and marketing strategy.
• Gain and maintain appropriate certification/licensing as required by the state and/or by branch management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Must have experience with sales, marketing, and office administration.
• Experience supervising, coaching, and developing staff.
• High level of written and verbal communication skills.
• 3 or more years’ experience in a management role.

• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
