General Manager Responsibilities:

- Hands-on GM leadership experience in Hospitality Operations
- Demonstrates the ability to drive profitable growth while improving customer and team member satisfaction
- Strong leadership, personnel management, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrates team management, delegation, issue resolution, coaching skills, and ability to motivate and drive others
- Self-starter who takes initiative and does not need to be micromanaged
- Must be able to work flexible shifts: nights, mids, and weekends required

- $70K base salary and quarterly bonus potential
