Operations Manager & Executive Admin to CEO - Tampa, Florida

We’re a fast-growing, private equity-backed company looking for a high-EQ, high-energy operator to partner directly with our CEO. You’ll handle everything from customer communication to team organization to operational execution — making sure the CEO and company are moving at maximum speed.

• Have 2+ years in ops, client-facing roles, manufacturing, or finance
• Are extremely organized, responsive, and great with follow-through
• Communicate clearly — written, verbal, and digital
• Can juggle tasks without dropping balls, even under pressure
• Think critically, solve problems, and love learning new skills fast
• Are a self-starter with low ego and high standards

• Military background with ops leadership experience
• Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Marketing, or Communications
