Key Responsibilities- Customer Experience
:
Lead a team that delivers a differentiated experience for customers, prioritize customer needs, listen and respond to internal and external customers, build strong relationships within the store, organization, and community, drive change in key areas using customer feedback, inspect store pages for accuracy to prevent negative customer experience, and maintain the appearance, cleanliness, and upkeep of the retail building and equipment. - Operational Excellence
:
Execute the strategic plan, drive sales and profitability through report analysis and appropriate actions, make business decisions by assessing market competition and customer insight, maintain compliance with company directives and safety policies, lead the team in ethical conduct, schedule support for peak traffic times and key events, and ensure proper allocation of schedules. - Associate Engagement
:
Foster a fun, inclusive, and people‑first workplace, develop and monitor store leaders’ Individual Development Plans (IDPs), set performance goals for assistants, provide mentoring and coaching, advance diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, recruit, hire, and retain a passionate team, oversee compensation, disciplinary, and staffing actions, and manage onboarding experience.

Strong listening and interpersonal skills, effective verbal and written communication, cross‑functional communication of expectations and standards. - Analytical
:
Strategic thinking, forecasting business needs, developing comprehensive solutions, identifying opportunities to increase sales and strengthen operations. - Computer

Advanced computer skills, proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook. - Accountability

Conflict management, conflict resolution, holding others accountable. - Business Acumen
:
Complete accountability for P&L management. - Organization
:
Ability to manage multiple priorities and allocate resources efficiently. - Leadership
:
Lead by example, enforce high customer service standards. - Education
: G.E.D. or high school diploma required; college degree preferred. - Experience
:
Three (3) years in sales, management, or people development.
Must be able to stand for extended periods, climb ladders, move throughout the store, and lift a 30 lb box overhead. Flexible work week with nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Relocation required.
