USSOCOM J6 PMOSS – Program Manager (Key Personnel) Candidate Profile
BI-SI Solutions is seeking an experienced Program Manager to serve as Key Personnel on a proposal supporting United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) J6 Program Management Office Support Services (PMOSS).
This is NOT a traditional commercial Program Manager position. We are seeking a senior Government contractor or former Government leader with significant Department of Defense enterprise IT Program Management experience.
Required Experience- 10+ years leading DoD or Federal Government IT programs
- Experience managing multiple contracts, work streams, or large support teams
- Experience serving as the primary interface to Government leadership
- Experience managing contract deliverables, schedules, staffing, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Experience with strategic planning, executive reporting, and risk management
- Experience supporting enterprise-level IT organizations
- Experience supporting Program Management Offices (PMOs)

Current Top-Secret clearance required. TS/SCI is strongly preferred.
LocationCandidates with experience supporting Mac Dill AFB, USSOCOM, DISA, Combatant Commands, or other DoD headquarters environments are strongly preferred.
