Job Requirements- Experience in membership sales model.
- Minimum 3 years of sales management experience.
- Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
4 weekdays, plus Saturdays
What We’re Looking For- Proven experience running a large scale personal care business.
- Managed 25+ employees in several roles.
- Experience analyzing and creating strategy based on managing P&L statements.
- 5+ years sales management and proven personal sales; commission experience helpful.
