NOW HIRING, SPA MANAGER! This role is designed for a leader who is not only capable of managing daily operations but also passionate about developing and nurturing a positive, productive team environment. Job Requirements
  • Experience in membership sales model.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales management experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
Schedule

4 weekdays, plus Saturdays

What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience running a large scale personal care business.
  • Managed 25+ employees in several roles.
  • Experience analyzing and creating strategy based on managing P&L statements.
  • 5+ years sales management and proven personal sales; commission experience helpful.
