Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a HR Assistant II to join their team. As a HR Assistant II, you will be part of the HR support team, providing essential administrative and customer service support to employees and HR colleagues. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and a passion for delivering excellent service, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $22/hr

What's the Job?- Provide administrative support by documenting employee data changes, performance reports, and communications
- Answer inbound calls related to payroll inquiries, LOA, and other employee questions
- Partner with Payroll team to resolve payroll and timekeeping questions using Service Now case management software
- Support day-to-day HR functions including employee verifications, tuition reimbursement processing, and policy questions
- Utilize case management and call management software to ensure accurate and timely responses
- Bachelor's Degree/ A.A Degree
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a contact center or customer service environment
- Experience with Service Now, Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Spanish language skills highly preferred
