Manager Community Financial Center - Channelside - Bilingual, Spanish Highly Preferred

The Community Financial Center Manager is responsible for the growth and development of their Community Financial Center production while developing employees to acquire new business and deepen existing member relationships.

• Drive productivity, market growth/business development, and member/customer engagement through outside sales and community‑driven activities.
• Manage outside sales and community outreach on an average of 2–3 days per week.
• Coach, develop, and motivate the sales team to achieve full potential and support the credit union’s corporate goals and strategic plan.
• Develop and execute local sales strategies to increase member engagement and membership deepening through community activities.
• Conduct outside business calls 2–3 days per week and report on activities to the District Manager.
• Monitor and track service quality levels (Google ratings, Mpulse scores) and maintain a Google rating of 4.0 or higher.
• Review loan documentation for accuracy and completeness and work with Operations Support Managers on branding and Golden Standards compliance.
• Oversee proper maintenance and security of Community Financial Center facilities with the Facilities Department.
• Maintain functional knowledge of the Bank Secrecy Act, U.S. Patriot Act, Office of Foreign Assets Control, Anti‑Money Laundering statutes, Right to Financial Privacy Act, and Bank Bribery Act.

• Undergraduate degree preferred or a minimum of five (5) years progressive management experience.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in the finance industry with at least 1 year of management experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish).
• Must qualify for National Mortgage Licensing System number (NMLS) and obtain the Florida Department of Financial Services Credit Life and Disability License.

Hours:

Monday – Friday (9:00am to 5:00pm). Full‑time hours required, with additional hours as necessary to accomplish objectives, goals, and projects.
