Office Manager I

Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm (on-site)

Brand Safway is seeking a highly organized and people-focused Office Manager to lead our administrative team and serve as the operational backbone of our branch. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader who enjoys developing people, improving processes, supporting branch operations, and creating an environment where teams can perform at their best.

In this role, you will oversee daily administrative functions, provide leadership to office support staff, partner closely with operations and finance teams, and ensure the branch operates efficiently while delivering exceptional support to employees, customers, and leadership.

What You'll Do

Administrative Team Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of administrative professionals to ensure high levels of performance, accuracy, and customer service.

  • Provide guidance, training, and ongoing support to office staff while fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.

  • Establish priorities, delegate responsibilities, and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks and projects.

  • Conduct performance discussions, mentor team members, and support professional development initiatives.

Branch Operations Support

  • Serve as a trusted business partner to branch leadership by providing operational and administrative support.

  • Oversee daily office functions and ensure efficient workflow across administrative, payroll, billing, and customer support activities.

  • Coordinate communications between office personnel, field operations, customers, vendors, and corporate partners.

  • Manage office procedures and implement best practices that improve productivity and service levels.

Financial & Business Administration

  • Oversee administrative processes related to payroll, invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reporting.

  • Ensure accurate recordkeeping, documentation, and data management.

  • Assist leadership with budgeting, labor tracking, financial reporting, and branch performance metrics.

  • Support month-end and year-end administrative processes while maintaining compliance with company policies.

Employee & Customer Support

  • Serve as a primary resource for employees regarding administrative processes, onboarding, documentation, and office procedures.

  • Coordinate onboarding activities and support employee engagement initiatives.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through professional communication and prompt issue resolution.

  • Build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives.

Compliance & Continuous Improvement

  • Ensure office operations comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and confidential employee information.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.

  • Support branch safety initiatives and maintain required documentation and reporting.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required;
    Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • 3+ years of office management, administrative leadership, or business operations experience.

  • Prior experience supervising or leading administrative staff.

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting construction, industrial, manufacturing, or service‑based businesses.

  • Background in payroll, billing, accounting support, or human resources administration.

  • Experience with ERP systems, workforce management systems, or business operations software.
