One of our SaaS clients is looking for a Client Success Lead to own the full post‑sale relationship with their clients. They will have to be consulting-oriented, manage the process from implementation through expansion, and be a trusted advisor to stakeholders.
Compensation$130,000-$150,000 salary + Commission
LocationTampa, FL (33602) Everyday on-site
What the client wants- 5+ years in healthcare SaaS customer success, healthcare consulting, or a hybrid implementation/advisory role
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder relationships within hospital or health system environments
- Experience engaging physicians, CDI professionals, and C‑suite executives (CFO/CMO level)
- Track record of expanding accounts through strong relationships and demonstrated value
- Consultative presence and comfort operating as a strategic partner
- Background in clinical documentation improvement (CDI), revenue cycle, or hospital quality/performance programs
- Prior consulting firm or advisory services experience with healthcare provider clients
- Exposure to value-based care models
Lead end-to-end implementation for new hospital clients, designing onboarding plans tailored to each client’s clinical, operational, and IT structure. Drive stakeholder alignment across CDI teams, service line leaders, and physicians.
Ongoing Client SuccessOwn a portfolio of hospital client relationships, conducting regular business reviews, monitoring utilization and outcomes data, and proactively surfacing performance insights.
Change Management & Internal SellingContinuously re‑sell value to stakeholders at every level and present clinical and financial impact data.
Account ExpansionIdentify and develop expansion opportunities across service lines, departments, and modules. Partner with Sales leadership on surface outcomes data and support retention/growth.
