Job Summary
The Senior Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing the management and operations of the organization's facilities. This role involves ensuring the efficient operation of facilities, managing property assets, and maintaining high standards of workplace safety. The Senior Facilities Manager works closely with various departments to support strategic goals and ensure a well‑maintained and safe working environment.
EssentialJob Responsibilities
- Oversees the management and operations of facilities to ensure efficient and effective use of resources, including vendor contracts/agreements
- Responsible for Global coworking agreements and services, including product to provide on demand requests
- Implements and manages building automation systems to optimize facility operations.
- Ensures high standards of workplace safety management by developing and enforcing safety policies and procedures.
- Coordinates facilities operations including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
- Develops and manages utilities management strategies to ensure cost-effective and sustainable use of resources.
- Collaborates with other departments to support organizational goals and initiatives.
- Demonstrates outstanding organizational abilities to manage multiple facilities and tasks simultaneously.
- Utilizes collaborative problem solving (CPS) to address and resolve facilities‑related issues.
- Communicates effectively with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Ensures detail‑oriented approach in all aspects of property and facilities management.
- Manages general operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of facilities.
- Oversees property facilities management including space planning, security, and environmental compliance.
- Conducts regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Develops and manages budgets for facilities operations.
- Review in partnership with Finance monthly invoices and facility spend forecast.
- Subject Matter Expert in office design, services, and experiences
- Education:
Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. - Experience:
Proven experience in facilities management, with a minimum of 7-10 years in a supervisory or management role. - Skills:

The Compensation range for this role is $105,000 to $110,000 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
