Manage store associates through LIDS Training Programs, goal setting, and follow-up in the absence of the Store Manager.;
Administer discipline including verbal and written warnings when necessary.;
Recruit and train store personnel on proper store operations and procedures.;
Customer Experience Lead, execute selling strategy to achieve KPIs and deliver exceptional customer service.
